Snickerdoodle Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp vanilla yogurt

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

For serving:

  • 2 tbsp vanilla yogurt

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  2. Remove from refrigerator, add to cup or bowl and top with vanilla yogurt and cinnamon.
