Cinnamon Roll Cashew Milk

This creamy cinnamon roll cashew milk is sooo delicious and easy to make. There’s no straining required & it is sweetened with dates and maple syrup. 

Ingredients:

— 2.5 cups raw cashews, soaked 

— 6 cups water 

— 1 tsp cinnamon 

— 2 dates 

— 2 tbsp maple syrup 

— Pinch of salt 

Once bottled:

— 1 tsp cinnamon 

— 2 tbsp maple syrup 

Instructions: 

— Soak cashews for at least 4 hours or overnight (I soaked for 4 hours). Drain water from cashews and blend all ingredients together.  

— Add milk to glass container and add mixture of cinnamon and maple syrup, shake until incorporated. Store in fridge. 

— Best served cold. Enjoy!
